Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Rule First Holdings LLC ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Android application Boost AI Cleaner (package name com.boostcleaner.aiapp), together with its related features and services (collectively, the "App").

Boost AI Cleaner is an AI-powered phone cleaner and storage manager that provides smart junk cleaning, a storage usage overview, AI-based similar photo detection, AI semantic photo search, large file management, and installed app management.

The App does not require an account, and we do not collect personal data about you through the App itself. All photo analysis is performed locally on your device. The only third-party component in the App is Firebase Crashlytics, which helps us diagnose crashes and stability issues, as described in Section 05.

By installing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described here, please do not use the App and uninstall it from your device.

We distinguish between information that is processed locally on your device (which never reaches us) and the limited diagnostic information collected by our crash-reporting provider. We do not operate any server that receives your media, files, or scan results.

2.1 Information Processed Locally on Your Device (Never Sent to Us)

• Media metadata. File names, sizes, paths, dates, dimensions, and thumbnails of photos and videos, used locally to detect similar photos and to power storage analysis.
• AI-derived data. Image embeddings and text embeddings generated on-device by our TensorFlow Lite models, used solely to group similar photos and to answer semantic photo searches.
• Storage and junk scan results. Lists of cache files, residual files, large files, and storage usage statistics.
• Installed app information. Names, package names, sizes, and usage details of apps installed on your device, used for the app management feature.

All of the above is stored exclusively in a local Room database inside the App's private storage area on your device. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party.

2.2 Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not require registration and do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other account identifier.
• We do not collect the contents of your photos, videos, audio files, or documents.
• We do not collect precise or approximate location data.
• We do not collect contacts, call logs, SMS, health data, or financial information.
• We do not use advertising SDKs and do not collect data for advertising purposes.

2.3 Information Collected by Third Parties (Firebase Crashlytics)

When the App crashes or encounters certain stability issues, Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) automatically collects limited diagnostic data, including crash stack traces, device model and operating system version, App version and build metadata, timestamps, and a Crashlytics installation UUID. See Section 05 for details.

2.4 Data Safety Summary (Google Play)

All data transmitted to Crashlytics is encrypted in transit using TLS. You can delete all locally stored data at any time by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.

Information processed by the App is used strictly to provide its core features:

• Smart junk cleaning. Locally scanning cache, residual, and temporary files so you can review and delete them.
• Storage overview. Summarizing how storage space is used across media, apps, and files.
• Similar photo detection. Comparing on-device image embeddings to group visually similar photos for review.
• Semantic photo search. Matching your natural-language queries against on-device text and image embeddings to find photos.
• Large file and app management. Listing large files and installed applications so you can manage them.
• Stability improvements. Using Crashlytics reports to diagnose and fix crashes and bugs.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, marketing, or any purpose other than operating and improving the App. We do not sell, rent, or trade any information.

The AI features of Boost AI Cleaner are designed with a local-first architecture. All machine learning inference is performed directly on your device using TensorFlow Lite:

• No uploads. Your photos are never transmitted to our servers, to Google, or to any other third party for AI analysis.
• No cloud inference. The models are bundled with or downloaded to the App and executed locally by the TensorFlow Lite runtime.
• Local results only. Embeddings, similarity groups, and search indexes are stored in the App's local Room database and are deleted when you clear App data or uninstall the App.

The App integrates one third-party service. We have no affiliation with, and no control over, the data practices of this provider beyond the configuration options it offers.

5.1 Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC)

Crashlytics is a crash-reporting service that helps us understand and fix stability problems. When a crash or non-fatal error occurs, Crashlytics automatically collects:

• Crash stack traces and error logs;
• Device information (manufacturer, model, OS version, RAM and disk state, battery state);
• App version, build number, and the time of the event;
• A Crashlytics installation UUID used to distinguish affected devices (not linked to your identity).

Crashlytics data is used solely for diagnosing and fixing bugs. It does not include your photos, files, or scan results. Crash reports are transmitted over TLS and processed by Google under its Google Privacy Policy and the Firebase Data Processing Terms. You may review Firebase's security and privacy documentation at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

The App requests the following Android permissions. Each is used only for the stated purpose, and media permissions are requested at runtime — you may deny or revoke them at any time in your device settings without affecting unrelated features.

None of these permissions are used to collect personal data for us. Media access is used purely to power on-device features, and deletion actions always require your explicit confirmation.

7.1 Where Data Is Stored

• Scan results and AI analysis data (similarity groups, embeddings, search indexes) are stored in a local Room database within the App's private internal storage on your device.
• Crash reports are transmitted to and stored by Google's Crashlytics infrastructure under Google's security practices.
• We operate no backend server that stores your media, files, or usage data.

7.2 Security Measures

• Local data resides in the App's sandboxed storage area, protected by Android's application sandbox and file-system permissions.
• Any network transmission (crash reports) is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS.
• Deletion operations within the App require explicit user confirmation and cannot be triggered silently.

While we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data involved, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Because the substantive data held by the App lives only on your device, you remain in full control of its lifecycle. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored scan and analysis data permanently.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, this section applies to you. For the limited personal data processed in connection with the App (essentially Crashlytics diagnostic data), Rule First Holdings LLC acts as the data controller, reachable at rulefirstholdings@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally one month). Please note that most App data never reaches us — for on-device data, clearing App storage or uninstalling the App achieves erasure directly.

Boost AI Cleaner is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction, such as 16 in certain EU member states), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The App does not require an account and does not knowingly gather identifying information about any user, child or adult. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us personal information through the limited crash-reporting channel, please contact us at rulefirstholdings@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.

The App is available worldwide through Google Play. Because all substantive data processing happens on your device, your media and analysis data are not transferred across borders by us.

The only cross-border transfer that may occur is crash data sent by Firebase Crashlytics to Google's infrastructure, which may be located in the United States or other countries. Google safeguards these transfers using approved mechanisms, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where applicable) and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

By using the App, you consent to this limited transfer of diagnostic data as described in this Policy, subject to the safeguards above.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), grants you specific rights. This section describes our practices in the categories defined by Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140.

We do not sell and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. Crashlytics data is shared with Google solely as a service provider for crash diagnostics, which does not constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA.

• Right to Know. Request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to Delete. Request deletion of personal information we hold about you.
• Right to Correct. Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to Opt-Out. Not applicable — we do not sell or share personal information.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. Not applicable — we do not collect sensitive personal information.
• Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To submit a request, contact us at rulefirstholdings@gmail.com. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf by providing written proof of authorization. We will verify requests using the information you provide and respond within the timelines required by the CCPA (generally 45 days).

12.4 Do Not Track

The App does not track your browsing across third-party services and does not respond to web-browser "Do Not Track" signals.

We may update this Policy from time to time, for example when we add new features, change our third-party providers, or need to reflect changes in the law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, present the revised Policy to you within the App before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the App after the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
